FAQs
How do I start remodeling my kitchen or bathroom?
First, make a wish list. Add pictures and articles that have styles, colors, and designs you like. Next, take basic measurements of the area you’re renovating. Then, mark where your current appliances, sinks, windows, and door openings are located. Next, meet with one of our designers who will walk you through the rest of the design and remodeling process.
What does the design process include?
Our designers take the time to get to know you, your tastes, and your budget. We bring your vision to life by combining products, concepts, and the right color to create the perfect space for you. From creating renderings, making floor plans, and designing, we’re with you every step of the way.
How do I select the best materials and fixtures for my bathroom?
Our design experts can help by guiding you through our showroom and getting to know your needs and tastes. We respect your budget and combine that with your style and our expertise to make the process simple.
How long does it take for my kitchen and bath products to arrive?
Depending on the product you order, it will take approximately four to six weeks. Your designer will help you plan your project according to your, and the manufacturer’s, timeline.
If a stock faucet isn’t the finish I want, can it be ordered?
We are here to help you and can let you know if an item is available to order. If the one you want can’t be customized, we can suggest a similar one at all price points.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes. Our surcharges vary based on the type of deliver and location. Our sales associates would be happy to provide more specific information.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
We can order any out of stock item for you with lead times as short as two days.
What’s the difference between flat, high gloss, satin, and eggshell paints?
These terms refer to different sheens, or gloss levels or paint. Depending on the look you want and the room’s use, you’ll want to choose different options. Our paint experts can recommend the exact type of gloss that will work best for your project.
